REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Yeye Adesola’s World, Ltd we are committed to delivering high-value, professional consultancy services.

Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is structured to reflect time, expertise, and resources invested.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once delivered or commenced:

  • Consultation sessions (physical or virtual)

  • Property audits and reports

  • Advisory or strategy sessions

  • Customized retirement or inheritance plans

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service has not yet been delivered

  • Cancellation is made at least 48 hours before scheduled service

  • Duplicate or accidental payments

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Emergencies

  • Service delivery issues attributable to us
