• Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Condition for Returns

Due to the delicate nature of fabric materials, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused

• No stains, marks, or odour

• Tried indoors only on a clean surface

• Returned with:

  • Original shoe box

  • All tags and packaging intact

👉 Kindly note: Fabric shoes are highly sensitive to dirt and wear; items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items
