1. Return Eligibility Window

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Condition for Returns

Due to the delicate nature of fabric materials, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused

• No stains, marks, or odour

• Tried indoors only on a clean surface

• Returned with:

  • Original shoe box

  • All tags and packaging intact

👉 Kindly note: Fabric shoes are highly sensitive to dirt and wear; items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Shoes worn outdoors

• Custom-made or personalised orders

• Discounted / Sale items

• Items returned without original packaging

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns may qualify for:

• Exchange (preferred option) for size or style

• Store credit for future purchases

• Refund to original payment method (where applicable)

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• If the item delivered is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return cost

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos as evidence

Once verified, we will offer:

• Replacement, or

• Full refund

7. Returns & Exchanges of our Petals and Diffusers

We hope you love your handcrafted crocheted fragrance petals. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or scented items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

The shoe box is considered part of the product.Damaged or missing packaging may affect your return eligibility.
